Dune 2021 is a sci-fi adventure movie directed by Denis Villeneuve. Dune is an awe-inspiring movie with the finest cinematography that stands out- stunning visuals from start to end . Another most-awaited movie of 2021 with a remarkable performance from Timothée Chalamet & Rebecca Ferguson. Be it the climate of the film or the dragon-fly shaped helicopters it was a seamless surprising treat for the sci-fi genre lovers. A masterfully shot film, they’ve explored the different elements of such as advanced technologies & other Dune elements through the perspective of the prime characters.
A very well depicted plot that talked about the underlying politics in a sensible way & the reasons of the war. Timothée Chalamet played Paul Atreides exceptionally well wherein in many scenes you could see how his eyes reflected emotions. His performance made us empathize with his character’s journey and his potential growth. Oscar Isaac as Duke Leto was also great in his role, sincere, responsible & strong portrayal of a leader & steals every scene he’s featured in.
Jason Momoa as Duncan, was significant in the action scenes. Zendaya’s part was very less distributed throughout the film in Paul’s vision/thoughts. Finally, Rebecca Ferguson was equally impressive as Paul’s mother in Dune.
Besides the outstanding visuals this movie distribute, let’s not forget the Baron, played by Stellan Skarsgård. He was hell scary & completely unrecognizable. It shows how brilliant the Dune make-up team did & definitely the actor’s outstanding delivery.
